- 1 large pkg. apricot Jell-O
- 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 small jars apricot baby food
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 large can evaporated milk, chilled
Directions

1Mix Jell-O, pineapple and sugar and cook for about 5 minutes. Add cream cheese.

2Cook until cheese is melted.

3Add baby food and cool.

4Then whip the milk and combine.

5Pour into a 9 x 12-inch Pyrex dish, greased with oleo.

6Refrigerate.

7When ready to serve, cut into squares and place on a lettuce leaf.
