  • 3/4 c. Wesson oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. apricot nectar

Directions

    Put all ingredients in mixing bowl and mix for about 5 minutes on low speed.

    Bake in greased tube pan for 45 to 60 minutes at 350°.

    Remove from pan while hot.
