- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 3/4 c. cooking oil
- 1 (5 1/2 oz.) can apricot nectar
- 4 eggs, separated
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 4 eggs, separated
Directions

1In a mixing bowl put cake mix, oil, apricot nectar, egg yolks and lemon juice.

2With mixer on low, beat 5 to 10 minutes.

3Fold in beaten egg whites.

4Pour into greased tube pan.

5Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
