  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 3/4 c. cooking oil
  • 1 (5 1/2 oz.) can apricot nectar
  • 4 eggs, separated
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 4 eggs, separated

Directions

    In a mixing bowl put cake mix, oil, apricot nectar, egg yolks and lemon juice.

    With mixer on low, beat 5 to 10 minutes.

    Fold in beaten egg whites.

    Pour into greased tube pan.

    Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
