- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 3 c. Bisquick mix
- 1 c. finely chopped apricots
- 1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Grease loaf pan (9 x 5 x 3-inch).

3Mix the first 4 ingredients; beat hard for 30 seconds.

4Stir in apricots and nuts.

5Pour into pan; bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until cake tester stuck in middle comes out clean.

6A crack in top is typical.

7Cool before slicing.
