  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 1 jar Bajers apricots
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together and bake in greased loaf pans. This recipe makes nice small loaves.

    Bake at 350°.

    Makes approximately 5 mini loaves.
