  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1 (No. 303) can peeled apricot halves, drained and crushed
  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream
  • vanilla wafers

    Combine milk, lemon juice, apricots and 3 to 4 tablespoons whipped cream.

    Line 9-inch pan with wafers.

    Add apricot filling. Top with remaining whipped cream.
