- 4 c. sliced apricots
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- Double pie crust
Directions

1In bowl sprinkle apricots with lemon juice.

2Combine sugar, flour and nutmeg.

3Add sugar mixture to apricots, toss and mix. Fill pie crust, dot with butter.

4Seal and flute edge.

5Cover edge with foil.

6Bake 370° for 20 minutes.

7Remove foil and bake 20-25 minutes until crust is golden.

8Cool on wire rack.
