- 6 oz. apricot Jell-O
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. milk
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
- 1 (4 oz.) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
Directions

1Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and set aside.

2In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.

3Gradually beat in milk until smooth.

4Stir in gelatin; add pineapple and mix well. Chill.

5When mixture begins to thicken, fold in whipped topping. Pour into a 2 1/2-quart serving bowl.

6Chill for at least 2 hours.
