- 2 c. sifted flour
- 1 c. butter or margarine
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 jar apricot jam
- confectioners sugar
Directions

1Blend together the flour and butter; stir in sour cream. Chill 4 to 6 hours.

2Divide dough into 4 parts.

3Roll each into a rectangle, 12 x 6-inch (approximately).

4(It is easier to work with 1 piece of dough at a time, keeping other pieces cold until rolling each one.)

5Spread rolled out dough with 1/4 of the apricot jam; sprinkle with coconut and nuts.

6Roll up the 6-inch side as for jelly roll.

7Put on ungreased baking sheet.

8Do remaining pieces.

9Bake in 350° oven for about 40 minutes or until golden brown.

10While warm, sprinkle with confectioners sugar.

11When cool, slice in 1-inch slices.
