- 1 egg
- 1 jar apricots
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. oleo
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 c. coconut
Directions

1Mix together the first 3 ingredients until crumbly.

2Grease cookie sheet and press on dough. Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool.

3Spread the apricots on the cool dough.
