- 2 c. canned apricots in juice or make from dried
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- dash of salt
Directions

1In blender or food processor, puree apricots and juice until smooth.

2Combine apricots, syrup and salt in a saucepan.

3Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; boil gently, still stirring, for 5 to 7 minutes.

4Serve warm.
