  • 2 (180 g) blocks white chocolate
  • 125 g plain sweet biscuits, broke up into pieces
  • 3/4 cup dried apricot, diced
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut

    Grease 19 cms square tin.

    Line with baking paper.

    Place chocolate in microwave bowl.

    Microwave on medium for 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds till melted.

    Add biscuits, apricots, raisins and coconut.

    Stir to combine.

    Press mixture into prepared pan.

    Refrigerate, covered for 2 hours or till set.
