  • 1 red onion small
  • spring onions Fresh, to taste
  • 1 lime

Directions

    Fillet and skin the fish. Chop in evenly sized pieces

    Chop the red and spring onions

    Mix all ingredients together

    Squeeze the lime over the mixture and rest for 15 minutes
