  • 3 flour tortillas I use Discoverys pack of 8
  • 6 7/8 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 2 teaspoons horseradish relish
  • 5 1/4 ounces smoked salmon or trout slices
  • lemon juice

Directions

    Lay the tortillas out on a board.

    Mix the cream cheese and horseradish and spread thickly onto each tortilla smoothing to the edges.

    Top with the fish a tiny squeeze of lemon and a good grinding of black pepper.

    Roll up chill briefly then cut and eat.

    Cut each roll into 7 to 8 pinwheels for canapes; or cut in half to eat as a snack.

    You can add some chopped fresh dill into the cream cheese niixture for added colour.
