Arctic Rolls Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 x flour tortillas (I use Discoverys pack of 8)
  • 100 gm cream cheese
  • 2 x heaped tsp horseradish relish
  • 150 gm smoked salmon or possibly trout slices lemon juice

Directions

    Lay the tortillas out on a board.

    Mix the cream cheese and horseradish and spread thickly onto each tortilla smoothing to the edges.

    Top with the fish a tiny squeeze of lemon and a good grinding of black pepper.

    Roll up refrigeratebriefly then cut and eat.

    Cut each roll into 7 to 8 pinwheels for canapes; or possibly cut in half to eat as a snack.

    You can add in some minced fresh dill into the cream cheese niixture for added colour.

    You can use coldsmoked venison instead of salmon.
