Ingredients
- pork chops
- raw rice (2 Tbsp. for each pork chop)
- 1 large can whole tomatoes
- mushrooms (fresh or canned)
- green peppers
- onion
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Sear pork chops quickly on both sides.

2Put seared pork chops in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan (greased).

3Place rice on each pork chops.

4Top with mushrooms, green bell peppers, onion, salt and pepper.

5Now take your whole tomatoes and open it up like a flower and place over the top of each pork chop.

6Pour remaining juice in baking pan.

8Parmesan cheese or sharp Cheddar cheese.

9Place your Aria Pork Chops, covered, in the oven at 350° for about 30 minutes.

10Uncover and bake another 10 or 15 minutes or until tender.
