Aria Pork Chop Dinner

Ingredients

  • pork chops
  • raw rice (2 Tbsp. for each pork chop)
  • 1 large can whole tomatoes
  • mushrooms (fresh or canned)
  • green peppers
  • onion
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Sear pork chops quickly on both sides.

    Put seared pork chops in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan (greased).

    Place rice on each pork chops.

    Top with mushrooms, green bell peppers, onion, salt and pepper.

    Now take your whole tomatoes and open it up like a flower and place over the top of each pork chop.

    Pour remaining juice in baking pan.

    Optional toppings are:

    Parmesan cheese or sharp Cheddar cheese.

    Place your Aria Pork Chops, covered, in the oven at 350° for about 30 minutes.

    Uncover and bake another 10 or 15 minutes or until tender.
