Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 3/4 c. pineapple juice
  • 1 (No. 2) can pineapple, drained
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/4 lb. colored miniature marshmallows
  • 1/3 c. maraschino cherries, cut in half

Directions

    In small saucepan, blend together first 5 ingredients.

    Cook on medium-low heat until slightly thickened.

    (Keep stirring so it won't stick.)

    Cool slightly.

    Use cream cheese at room temperature.

    Place in bowl; beat until creamy.

    Add sauce and beat well.

    Stir in pineapple, marshmallows and cherries. Refrigerate.
