- 16 oz. Cheddar cheese
- 8 oz. Monterey Jack
- 16 oz. regular Owens country sausage
- 3/4 to 1 c. Bisquick
- 1 can whole jalapenos
- 2 eggs
- 1 box Shake 'n Bake
Directions

1Clean seeds out of jalapenos.

2Cube 6 ounces Cheddar and 8 ounces Monterey Jack and put 1 cup of each into clean jalapeno. Mix 10 ounces grated cheese, sausage and Bisquick into a ball. Make golf ball sized and flatten.

3Wrap around peppers.

4Coat with beaten egg; roll in Shake 'n Bake.

5Bake at 350° for 15 to 18 minutes.
