  • 16 oz. Cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz. Monterey Jack
  • 16 oz. regular Owens country sausage
  • 3/4 to 1 c. Bisquick
  • 1 can whole jalapenos
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 box Shake 'n Bake

Directions

    Clean seeds out of jalapenos.

    Cube 6 ounces Cheddar and 8 ounces Monterey Jack and put 1 cup of each into clean jalapeno. Mix 10 ounces grated cheese, sausage and Bisquick into a ball. Make golf ball sized and flatten.

    Wrap around peppers.

    Coat with beaten egg; roll in Shake 'n Bake.

    Bake at 350° for 15 to 18 minutes.
