Ingredients
- 1 lb. sausage links
- 2 apples, sliced
- 2 onions, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. beef bouillon
- 2 or 3 c. hot mashed potatoes
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Fry sausage slowly until brown; drain and put in 8-inch cake pan or casserole dish.

2Fry apples and onions in sausage fat. Pour off all but 1 tablespoon fat.

3Brown flour in remaining fat with apples and onions.

4Add seasonings and stock and stir until thickened.

5Pour over sausage.

6Mix lightly with fork.

7Top with mashed potatoes.

8Bake at 350° in oven until potatoes are brown. Serves 4.
