Ingredients

  • 1 (5 3/4 oz.) jar Zatarain's Creole mustard
  • 5 tsp. horseradish
  • 3 Tbsp. sweet Hungarian paprika*
  • 6 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 3 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • black pepper to taste
  • 2 to 3 lb. shrimp, boiled and peeled

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, except shrimp.

    Pour over shrimp; marinate in refrigerator for 24 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve ice cold shrimp over a bed of shredded lettuce on individual salad plates.
