  • Marinade:
  • Juice of 3-4 limes (about 3 fluid oz.)
  • 1/2 c. olive oil
  • 4 tbsp. mashed papaya
  • 2 tbsp. milk
  • 4-5 cloves garlic, chopped

    Tenderize the steak with a mallet then marinate for 24 hours. Cook on the grill and serve with Mexican salsas and tortillas.
