- 55 g icing sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 3 drops vanilla
- 85 g flour
- 90 g arrowroot
Directions

1Preheat oven to 175 degrees centigrade.

2Grease a biscuit tray

3Cream the butter and icing sugar well, add egg yolk and vanilla.

4Mix in the sifted flour and arrowroot.

5Turn out onto a floured board and knead lightly.

6Roll out and cut into rounds.

7Place on greased tray and bake in preheated 175 degrees Celsius oven for 20 minutes.
