  • 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained
  • 3/4 c. Italian bread crumbs (fine and dry)
  • 1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 c. Italian salad dressing

    Roll into balls, using one teaspoon per ball.

    Bake at 350° for 10 or 15 minutes.
