- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can artichoke hearts, packed in water
- 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Drain and chop artichoke hearts.

3In a medium bowl, combine the artichokes, cheese, mayonnaise and garlic powder.

4Spoon the artichoke mixture into two (1 cup) ramekins. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until mixture is hot and bubbling. Serve as a dip with corn chips.
