Artichoke Dip

  • 1 can whole artichokes
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. Parmesan grated cheese
  • 1/2 lime or lemon
  • dash of Tabasco or any hot pepper
  • dash of paprika

Directions

    Drain and chop artichokes.

    Add mayonnaise, cheese, lime or lemon juice and Tabasco.

    Mix well.

    Turn into bowl.

    Sprinkle top with paprika for color.

    Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes or until heated through and top is a golden color.

    Serve with Fritos corn chips.

    Can be made a day ahead.
