- 1 can whole artichokes
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. Parmesan grated cheese
- 1/2 lime or lemon
- dash of Tabasco or any hot pepper
- dash of paprika
Directions

1Drain and chop artichokes.

2Add mayonnaise, cheese, lime or lemon juice and Tabasco.

3Mix well.

4Turn into bowl.

5Sprinkle top with paprika for color.

6Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes or until heated through and top is a golden color.

7Serve with Fritos corn chips.
