  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 (14 oz.) can water packed artichoke hearts
  • 1 can chopped green chilies

Directions

    Drain and chop artichoke hearts.

    Add mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese and chopped green chilies.

    Mix thoroughly and put into baking dish. Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes until brown around the sides. Serve hot or cold.
