- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 (14 oz.) can water packed artichoke hearts
- 1 can chopped green chilies
Directions

1Drain and chop artichoke hearts.

2Add mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese and chopped green chilies.

3Mix thoroughly and put into baking dish. Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes until brown around the sides. Serve hot or cold.
