- 6 1/2 c. sifted flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 pkg. active dry yeast
- 2 Tbsp. softened butter
- 2 c. very warm water (120~ to 130~)
- 3 eggs
Directions

1Mix together 1 1/2 cups flour, sugar, salt and yeast in a large bowl.

2Add butter.

3Gradually add water to dry ingredients; beat for 2 minutes at medium speed of electric mixer.

4Add eggs and 1/2 cup flour; beat 2 minutes at high speed.

5Stir enough remaining flour in to make soft dough.

6Cover; let rise until doubled, about 35 minutes.

7Stir down.

8Turn into 2 well-greased 1 1/2-quart casseroles.
