- 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, rinsed and chopped
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. grated parmesan cheese
- dash garlic powder (optional)
- dash of salt (optional)
- lemon juice (optional)
Directions

1Drain artichokes well.

2Squeeze out all the juice.

3Break artichokes into small pieces and add mayonnaise, parmesan cheese and green chilies.

4Mix well.

5Add any optional ingredients at this point.

6Place in shallow baking dish (one that can be served in) and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20 minutes or until brown on top.

7Blot excessive oil with paper towels.

8Serve hot with king size Fritos, Melba toast rounds or other crackers.
