  • 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts (not marinated), drained and chopped
  • 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c. mayonnaise (do not substitute low-fat)

Directions

    Combine the above in 1-quart size dish sprayed with Pam.

    Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.

    Serve with crackers.
