  • 1 can artichoke hearts (water pack), drained well
  • 1 garlic bud, crushed
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Chop hearts very fine.

    Mix with other ingredients.

    Place in deep baking dish.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with crackers, chips or knot bread.
