- 2 cans (14 oz.) artichoke hearts
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- a pinch of garlic salt
Directions

1Drain artichokes and chop. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and spoon into a greased casserole dish (small). Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes, until very bubbly. Serve with Fritos Scoops chips.
