  • 1 small can chopped chilies
  • 2 small jars artichoke hearts in oil
  • 1 (6.5 oz.) can artichoke hearts in water
  • 6 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Drain artichokes; chop until fine.

    Put artichokes in a square pan or casserole dish.

    Spread on chilies.

    Spoon mayonnaise on top with spatula; spread evenly.

    Top with cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
