  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts
  • 1 cup sour cream or 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 -2 garlic clove, crushed

Directions

    drain artichoke hearts very well (or dip will be watery).

    cut artichokes into small pieces.

    mix all ingredients together in a baking dish.

    bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until top starts to brown slightly.
