- 1 (8 oz.) can non marinated artichoke hearts
- 3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 3/4 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/4 tsp. Tabasco (optional)
- 1 c. mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
- 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
Directions

1Drain artichoke hearts and chop in small pieces.

2Add remaining ingredients.

3(Add Tabasco only if you like spicy dip and mix.)

4Put in 1-quart casserole dish or large pie plate.

5Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.

6Serve warm with crackers or chips.
