- 1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
- 3/4 c. melted butter
- 1 can potato soup
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 c. grated cheese (Cheddar)
- 1 small container sour cream
- 2 c. crushed corn flakes
Directions

1Mix potatoes, 1/2 cup butter, soup, onion, cheese and sour cream together.

2Pour into baking dish and top with remaining butter and corn flakes.

3Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
