  • 8 1/2 oz. can artichokes (not marinated)
  • 6 1/2 oz. jar marinated artichokes
  • 1 small can chopped green chili peppers
  • 6 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

    Chop artichokes and put in a deep dish pie pan or quiche pan. Add chili peppers and spread mayonnaise over peppers.

    Sprinkle cheese over top.

    Bake in 350° oven for 20 minutes.

    Serve with tortilla chips.
