Ingredients
- 2 jars marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. oregano or basil
- 1/8 tsp. Tabasco
- 1/2 lb. (2 c.) grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp. minced parsley
Directions

1Drain artichoke hearts and reserve marinade.

2Saute artichoke hearts, onion and garlic in 1 tablespoon of marinade.

3Beat eggs in a bowl.

4Add bread crumbs, salt, pepper, oregano and Tabasco. Stir in cheese, parsley and artichoke/onion mixture.

5Turn into pan and bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350°.

6When toothpick comes out clean, it is done.
