- 1 c. thinly sliced green bell pepper
- 1 c. thinly sliced onion
- 1 Tbsp. celery seed
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. vinegar
Directions

1Combine cucumbers, green pepper, onion, celery seed and salt in bowl; mix well.

2Stir sugar into vinegar in small bowl until dissolved.

3Pour over vegetables.

4Chill, covered, in refrigerator overnight.
