  • 1 pkg. frozen artichoke hearts
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs (flavored)
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • minced garlic to taste
  • 5 eggs
  • about 1/2 c. grated cheese
  • 1 small mozzarelle
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 pie crusts

Directions

    Saute artichoke hearts, bread crumbs and garlic in olive oil until tender.

    Scramble eggs in bowl and add remaining ingredients.

    Put artichoke hearts in bottom crust; pour egg mixture over it.

    Cover with top crust.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour (golden brown).
