Artichoke Pie

- 1 pkg. frozen artichoke hearts
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs (flavored)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- minced garlic to taste
- 5 eggs
- about 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 1 small mozzarelle
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 pie crusts
Directions

1Saute artichoke hearts, bread crumbs and garlic in olive oil until tender.

2Scramble eggs in bowl and add remaining ingredients.

3Put artichoke hearts in bottom crust; pour egg mixture over it.

4Cover with top crust.

5Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour (golden brown).
