  • 1 pie crust
  • 2 c. fresh basil
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic in jar
  • 1/2 c. olive oil
  • 1 lb. tofu
  • 1/4 c. pine nuts
  • 2 c. artichoke hearts
  • 1/4 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. safflower oil

Directions

    Mix basil, garlic and oil.

    Add tofu; blend.

    Pour into crust and top with artichoke hearts and bread crumbs.
