  • 1 can artichoke hearts
  • 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, chopped
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. grated cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. parsley
