- 1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen artichoke hearts
- 3 eggs
- 7 oz. Prosciutto, chopped
- 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella
- 2 tsp. grated cheese
- 2 pie shells
Directions

1In a frying pan, add oil and garlic and cook artichoke hearts until brown.

2Set aside.

3Beat eggs with Prosciutto, Mozzarella and grated cheese.

4Add artichokes and pour into pie shell.

5Cover top with the other pie shell and bake for 45 minutes at 350°.
