Artichoke Pie

- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen artichoke hearts
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. grated Italian cheese
- 8 oz. chopped Mozzarella
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 2 ready-made pie shells
- 1 egg yolk for top
Directions

1Saute garlic in oil in a large pan.

2Add artichokes and brown. Transfer to mixing bowl and stir in eggs, cheese, Mozzarella, salt and pepper.

3Mix well.

4Pour mixture into pie pan.

5Cover with top crust.

6Press edges of crust together.

7Makes holes in top of crust.

8Brush egg yolk on top crust.

9Bake at 450° for 15 minutes.

10Reduce heat to 350°.

11Bake until golden brown, 30 minutes.
