  • 4 jars marinated artichokes, partially drained
  • pinch of garlic salt
  • 2 tsp. onion flakes
  • 8 eggs
  • 1/2 c. dried bread crumbs (Toscano)
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. Tabasco (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 lb. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 4 tsp. minced parsley

    Chop artichoke hearts.

    Add rest of the ingredients and mix well.

    Bake in an ungreased glass dish (13 x 9-inch) for 30 minutes in 350° oven.
