  • 1 (4 oz.) can artichoke hearts
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Directions

    Drain and mash with fork the artichoke hearts.

    Combine all ingredients and bake at 350° for 20 minutes in small casserole dish.

    Serve hot with chips, vegetable sticks or Melba toast rounds.
