- 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. light mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 1 Tbsp. snipped, fresh parsley
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Drain artichoke hearts and chop.

3Add all other ingredients and place in a buttered shallow baking dish. Cook in oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.

4Cool for 5 to 8 minutes.

5Serve with crackers or baguette slices.
