  • 2 cans artichoke hearts in water (size of soup cans)
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt

Directions

    Squeeze water out of artichoke hearts.

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

    Sprinkle with a little Parmesan cheese on top before baking.
