  • 1/2 C Mayo
  • 4 oz. Mozzarella
  • 4 oz. Swiss
  • 4 oz. Parmesan
  • garlic and salt to taste
  • Sliced French Bread
  • Optional:
  • 1 small can chopped green chilies
  • Diced tomatoes
