Artichoke Squares

Ingredients: 1 jar marinated artichokes; 1 medium chopped onion; 4 eggs; dash of Tabasco; 1 garlic clove, minced; dash of salt; 1/4 c. bread crumbs; 1/2 tsp. oregano; 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

1 jar marinated artichokes
1 medium chopped onion
4 eggs
dash of Tabasco
1 garlic clove, minced
dash of salt
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

With juice from artichokes, saute chopped onion and garlic; drain and add chopped artichokes.

Beat eggs and add bread crumbs, Tabasco and seasonings. Stir in artichoke mixture and grated cheese.

Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan or baking dish at 325° for 30 minutes.

Cut in squares and serve.
