  • 1 jar marinated artichokes
  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • 4 eggs
  • dash of Tabasco
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • dash of salt
  • 1/4 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    With juice from artichokes, saute chopped onion and garlic; drain and add chopped artichokes.

    Beat eggs and add bread crumbs, Tabasco and seasonings. Stir in artichoke mixture and grated cheese.

    Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan or baking dish at 325° for 30 minutes.

    Cut in squares and serve.
