Ingredients
- 2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichokes
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c. fine, dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- dash of hot sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Drain artichokes, reserving liquid; set aside.

2Cook onion in reserved liquid in skillet until tender.

3Combine eggs, bread crumbs, oregano, salt, pepper and hot sauce in a large mixing bowl; mix well.

4Add onion, artichokes, garlic and cheese; stir well.

5Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan; bake at 325° for 30 minutes or until set.

6Cut into squares to serve. Yields 4 dozen appetizer servings.
